  • Property valuation estimates and analytics

4. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. User Conduct

You must comply with applicable laws and not engage in prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

  • Uploading illegal, harassing, or infringing content
  • Reverse-engineering, scraping, or bypassing security features
  • Using our trademarks without permission
  • Building competing services using our resources
  • Misrepresenting property information or your identity
  • Violating fair housing laws or engaging in discriminatory practices
  • Attempting to manipulate property data or market information

6. Property Information and Data

6.1 Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate property information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any property data, valuations, or market information. Property information may be provided by third parties and is subject to change.

6.2 Property Valuations

Any property valuations, estimates, or market analyses provided through our Services are estimates only and should not be considered as professional appraisals or financial advice. Actual property values may differ significantly from our estimates.

6.3 Third-Party Data

We may display property information, photos, and data from various sources including MLS systems, public records, and third-party providers. We are not responsible for the accuracy of such third-party information.

7. Real Estate Services

7.1 Agent and Broker Services

If you use our Services to connect with real estate professionals, we do not guarantee the quality, availability, or suitability of any agent or broker. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence.

7.2 No Agency Relationship

Use of our Services does not create an agency relationship between you and houzed.ai. We are a technology platform, not a real estate broker or agent.

7.3 Professional Advice

Our Services are not a substitute for professional real estate, legal, or financial advice. We recommend consulting with qualified professionals for important decisions.

8. Fees and Subscriptions

Some features may require fees. Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You authorize recurring billing. We will inform you of any fee changes before they occur.

9. User-Provided Content

If you upload text, data, images, or other materials (“User Content”), you grant us a perpetual, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free worldwide license to use, modify, translate, and distribute your content in connection with the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have all rights and permissions for that content.

We’re not required to monitor User Content and are not liable for it, but we reserve the right to suspend or remove it if we believe it violates these Terms.

10. AI and Machine Learning Features

10.1 AI-Powered Recommendations

Our Services may use artificial intelligence and machine learning to provide property recommendations, market insights, and other features. These recommendations are based on available data and algorithms but may not reflect all relevant factors.

10.2 No Guarantees on AI Outputs

We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated content, recommendations, or insights. Users should exercise their own judgment and verify information independently.

You acknowledge that the Service may integrate third-party links and content. We don’t endorse or control these services and are not liable for your interactions with them.

12. Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions (“Feedback”), you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and incorporate it without obligation of compensation.

All Service content, branding, software, and data are our exclusive property or licensed to us. Your use of the Services does not grant any ownership rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where houzed.ai is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
