The Problem I Faced
As a realtor™ & investor, I spend countless hours searching for deals - both for my clients and for my own investment portfolio. I was constantly frustrated by the fragmented tools available. I’d find myself jumping between multiple apps and platforms, trying to:
- Collaborate with clients on their home search preferences and favorite homes
- Plan and coordinate showings efficiently with agents
- Research market insights to make informed decisions about home values
- Monitor nearby markets for investment opportunities and micro-market analysis
- Keep everyone on the same page throughout the process
Whether I was helping a family find their dream home or scouting investment properties for myself, the process was unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming.
The Solution I’m Building
With the rise of AI technology, I saw an opportunity to solve these problems once and for all. I’m building Houzed AI™ as a unified platform that will:
- Enable seamless collaboration between clients and agents in searching and favoriting homes
- Use AI to continuously work behind the scenes finding the best matching properties
- Provide smart recommendations for showings and scheduling
- Deliver market insights and research to support better decision-making
- Connect everything in one place - no more jumping between multiple apps
The Vision I Have
Houzed AI™ is currently in development, but when complete, it will be the comprehensive platform I always wished I had. It will use AI to understand individual preferences, analyze micro-markets, and provide actionable insights that help agents, buyers, and sellers make better decisions faster.
